会展会务服务：提供会议会前筹备及考察、提供会议整体策划组织、设计、提供全程会议操作、跟踪、会后总结、整体安排等，为您提供“一站式”的优质服务。主要具体服务内容包括代订会议会场及住宿、安排会议用餐、会务VIP 接待、会场服务托管、会场布置、摄影摄像、礼仪模特服务、茶歇服务、展览展示、展台搭建、会议网站线上线下一体化等服务。
汽车接待与租赁：公司现已配备5辆商务车、20辆奥迪A6及中巴车满足各类会议出行接待、交通旅行各种需要。会议接待公司可配备人员专门接机、接站、行程动态跟进等配套服务。

The specific contents of service includes venue booking, accommodation and organizes conference meals, the reception for VIP, venue service hosting, venue organization, photography, etiquette model service, tea-break service, exhibition, exhibition platform establishment and integration of online and offline for conference website, etc.
Car Reception and Rental：Our company is equipped with 5 business car, 20 Audi A6 and buses to satisfy the need of conference reception, Airport pick-up, traffic travel, etc. The company offer staff to pick up and follow the process dynamics.
